Flying Without Fear -- not compatible with my iPod Touch?

I cannot sync the Flying Without Fear app to my iPod Touch. It says "... was not installed because it is not compatible with this iPod." I have a 16G Touch (not the newest one with the speakers) and I have software version 3.1.3 installed, which is the latest version. I have tried twice and get the same error both times. Can you help?
